Gita was extremely helpful. We came all the way from the United States about a year ago to look for pre-wedding dress and wedding gown rental in Bali. We found Michelle Ann online and they do have a beautiful variety of wedding gowns. Gita was very patient like always and she was never pushy too. She always replied fast on whatsapp whenever possible and tried to work with your schedule. After post Covid, many couples are getting married. I expected that there were not many wedding gowns left for me to choose or fit me this year. At the end I picked a gown that was higher than our package and we needed to pay an extra $ for that. MUA from them was great .Overall, our experience with Michelle Ann's team was great and we would recommend it to other people in the future. ~ Ge W

I cannot thank Ade and Lia + staff at Michelle Ann Bridal enough in terms of agreeing to create alterations/fittings for my wedding cheongsam from another company/agency. They did a miracle turnaround time of one day before my flight out. I had so many bridal fittings internationally and this staff is beyond words. The kindness, patience, and understanding in regards to a client who is not even renting and buying in their store! They literally saved a huge portion of my wedding and my mental health. Their communication is excellent. Brides who want their wedding in Bali - look no further. Highly recommend Michelle Ann Bridal and working with Ade Ibu and team. You will not regret it. Would highly recommend coming here if you need an outfit for your wedding and/or pre-wedding photos. Sizing wise, they were quite size inclusive (esp. for larger chest girls) and had quite a bit selection of dresses. They were also able to get the dresses altered and fitted the same day which was quite impressive. If you are an English speaker, I highly recommend Lala. She was amazing and did a great job of being our translator and helping us find the right outfits for our photoshoot. One thing that she did that was above and beyond is I had a bit of a tight schedule in Bali and wasn't able to pick up my deposit back from the bridal store. Lala and her kind husband drove to the airport to drop off our deposit so we didn't have to deal with an international transfer and all that. ~ Chi C

I had the most incredible experience at Michelle Ann Bridal, assisted by Kak Indra, and I couldn’t be happier with my wedding dress. From start to finish, the entire process felt thoughtful, professional, warm and genuinely personal. The whole team was patient, attentive and truly detail oriented. They really listened to what I wanted and made me feel supported through every fitting. My dress was altered exactly the way I envisioned. On my wedding day, not only did the dress look beautiful, it was also comfortable, easy to move in and felt perfectly me. I received so many compliments, and I’m still obsessed with how everything turned out. Very recommended! Barusan nikah dan menyewa semua baju pengantin, grooms, dan the whole family disini. Servis nya bagus bgt, especially Mbak Gita yang slalu standby klo aku ada perlu info. I would like to share my experience with Michelle Ann Bridal team. It was the very first time, scrolling and browsing around for my wedding dress, and found their instagram account, scrolling from the top to the bottom of their page and finally decided to choose Michelle Ann bridal to be part of my BIG DAY! Since I live far away from their boutique, I only visited them twice (to choose and to claim), YES only two visits. I know it is difficult, but well they are very accommodating, Ce Michelle and the staff are so professional, kind and helpful, they help me through until the day of my wedding.
